Software & Apps

Custom software and apps, from idea to launch.

We design and build web apps, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the backend that runs them, for owner-led companies and for founders. We built our own product, ReviewScout AI, the same way.

// Your company

For owner-led companies

Software built around the way your company already works, and connected to the systems you use today.

Customer apps

A mobile or web app your customers use to order, book, or reach you.

Client portals

One login where your customers see their documents, invoices, and project status.

Internal tools

The spreadsheet or paper process your team runs every day, turned into a proper program.

Dashboards

The numbers you check every week, on one screen, fed from your own systems.

Integrations

New software connected to the CRM, accounting, and inbox you already use, instead of one more place to type the same data.

// Your product

For founders

Your startup's product, from the first version to the store listing and the releases after it.

MVP

The smallest version of your product that real users can try, built to answer what you need to learn first. Quoted as its own project.

SaaS product

Accounts, roles, subscriptions, and the admin side your team needs to run it.

App Store and Google Play launch

Store listings, app submissions, and the review process, handled with you.

After launch

New releases planned from what your users do and ask for, one milestone at a time, priced separately from the first version.

// Services

Software development services

From the first design to launch, web and mobile. The written scope says which of these your project needs.

UI/UX design

How the product works and how it looks, worked out before development starts, so you can click through it before it is built.

  • User research: who will use it, what they need, and how they do the task today.
  • User flows: every path through the product, on one map.
  • Wireframes, then the finished design of every screen.
  • Interactive prototypes you can try on your phone or laptop.
  • A design system: colors, type, and components, documented for development.

Frontend development

The part of a web app people see and use, built from the design.

  • Web apps, client portals, and admin panels.
  • Responsive layouts for phone, tablet, and desktop.
  • Accessible: usable with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Pages kept light, so they load fast on a phone connection.

Mobile app development

Apps for iOS and Android, for your customers or for your team on the road.

  • iPhone and Android apps, native or cross-platform, chosen per project and explained in the written scope.
  • Sign-in, push notifications, and payments where the product needs them.
  • Publishing to the App Store and Google Play, covered in launch and maintenance.

Backend and API development

The part nobody sees: where the data lives, who can see what, and the rules your business runs on.

  • Databases designed around your data.
  • Authentication: sign-in, roles, and permissions.
  • Business logic: your pricing rules, workflows, and approvals, written as code.
  • Integrations with the tools you already use.
  • APIs your other systems, or other developers, can build on.

Full-stack product development

One team from the first sketch to launch: design, frontend, mobile, and backend in one plan.

  • An MVP scoped to what you need to learn first.
  • Design, web, mobile, and backend built together, not handed between vendors.
  • One written scope and one set of milestones for the whole product.

AI features and agents

Drafting, document reading, message sorting, and search, built into your product under the same approval rule as our agents.

  • Reply and document drafts your users review before anything goes out.
  • Documents read into fields, with anything unusual set aside for a person.
  • Search across your own data, in plain language.

What our AI agents automate

Launch and maintenance

Getting it live, then keeping it working after launch. Support after launch is priced separately.

  • App Store and Google Play publishing: listings, submissions, and store review.
  • Hosting and deployment, set up and documented.
  • Monitoring: errors surface visibly, not silently.
  • Updates for new iOS and Android versions, security fixes, and small improvements.

// In house

Our own product, built the way we build yours

A live product you can open yourself, on the web and in the App Store.

ReviewScout AI

ReviewScout AI is our own product, designed, built, and run by Deeprion Labs. It drafts a reply to every Google review a business receives. The owner reads the draft and posts it with one click.

That is our approval rule inside a product: the AI prepares the draft, and a person decides what goes out. We built it for iOS, Android, and the web, took it through App Store review, and keep it running.

  • Platforms iOS, Android, web
  • Made by Deeprion Labs, from scratch
  • Approval The owner posts every reply

On the call, we can open it and show you how it works.

// The rule

AI inside your software follows the same rule

No AI feature we build sends, deletes, publishes, pays, or commits anything on your behalf without a person's approval. It prepares the work and stops; a person presses the button.

  • The rule covers what the AI does. Actions your users take themselves, like placing an order or sending a message, work the way they do in any app.
  • What the AI prepares waits in the app until a person approves it: someone on your team, or the user it was prepared for.
  • No silent failure: every error surfaces visibly.

// How a project runs

One milestone at a time

A written scope and one price for the project, split by milestone, come before any work. Each milestone ends with a working demo you can try yourself.

  1. A call about your idea

    You tell us the idea or the problem. We ask who will use it, what it replaces, and what it has to do on day one.

  2. A written scope and a quote

    Screens, features, platforms, and milestones, written down with one price for the project, split by milestone, before any work starts. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. Design and build in milestones

    Design comes first, so you click through the product before it is built. Each milestone ends with a working demo on your own phone or laptop.

  4. Launch

    On the web, in the App Store, and on Google Play. We prepare the store listings and handle the submissions with you.

  5. Support and improvements

    After launch, if you want us to, we fix what comes up, keep the app current with new iOS and Android versions, and plan the next features from what your users do. Support is priced separately from the build.

// FAQ

Common questions

What owners and founders ask before a software or app project.

How much does a custom app cost?

It depends on the screens, the platforms, and the systems it has to connect to, so we do not quote until we understand what you need. Then you get a written scope and one price for the project, split across its milestones and estimated from the hours each one takes, before any work starts. An MVP is quoted on its own, and support after launch is priced separately. If the budget is tight, we narrow the first version to what has to be there on day one.

How long does it take to build an app?

It depends on what the first version has to do. The written scope lists the milestones and when each one is due, before any work starts. A launch on the App Store or Google Play also waits on the store's review, and we plan for it.

Do you build for iOS, Android, or both?

Both, or one of them, depending on where your users are. Whether that means one cross-platform codebase or two native apps is decided per project, and the written scope explains the choice and its trade-offs before work starts.

I am not technical. Can we still work together?

Yes. You bring the idea, the users, and the decisions; we bring the design and the engineering. We explain every choice in plain language, and each milestone ends with something you can try yourself.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is paid, the code, the design files, and the accounts (domain, hosting, App Store, and Google Play) are yours.

Can the app have AI features?

Yes: drafting, document reading, message sorting, or search across your own data, built into the product. No AI feature we build sends, deletes, publishes, pays, or commits anything on your behalf without a person's approval.

What happens after launch?

Support after launch is priced separately from the build, and you decide whether you want it. It can cover fixes, updates for new iOS and Android versions, monitoring, and the next features; what it covers is agreed in writing before launch.

Where do you work?

On site in New York and New Jersey, remote everywhere else. We work with owner-led companies and founders in the US and internationally.
