What we never let AI do

This is not caution for its own sake. It is the reason owners trust these systems with real operations, and it is written into how every Deeprion Labs system is built.

Seven rules, no exceptions

  1. No destructive authority. AI in our systems cannot delete data, send messages, or take irreversible action on its own.
  2. Approval stays human. AI drafts, analyzes, and suggests; the final decision is always your team's.
  3. Least privilege. Systems get only the minimum access they need, nothing more.
  4. No credentials. Our agents do not hold or use your passwords.
  5. Data stays in place. For sensitive data, we deploy self-hosted setups that run inside your environment.
  6. No silent failure. Every automation error surfaces visibly; nothing fails quietly.
  7. Human sign-off on money. Nothing touching financial records is processed without a person's approval.

This framework is not negotiable.
