Seven rules, no exceptions

  1. No destructive authority. No system we build can send, delete, publish, pay, or commit anything on your behalf without a person's approval.
  2. Approval stays human. AI drafts, analyzes, and suggests; the final decision is always your team's.
  3. Least privilege. Systems get only the minimum access they need, nothing more.
  4. No credentials. Our agents do not hold or use your passwords.
  5. Data stays in place. For sensitive data, we deploy self-hosted setups that run inside your environment.
  6. No silent failure. Every automation error surfaces visibly; nothing fails quietly.
  7. Human sign-off on money. Nothing touching financial records is processed without a person's approval.

This framework is not negotiable.

We do not relax it even when asked.
