After the build

Maintenance & Expansion Retainer: $500 to $1,500 per month depending on the number of installed systems. Covers upkeep, small improvements, a monthly usage report, and priority support. Sold only after a build; 3-month minimum.

Beyond the package: if you need more than one process, this package is the wrong tool, and we will say so. Multi-process needs go through a compact discovery so the roadmap comes before the invoices.

Delivery: on-site across New York and New Jersey; remote for clients in the US and internationally.

Security: the same rule applies here as in our corporate work: AI drafts, your team approves. Nothing sends or deletes on its own. Read the security framework.

What does the correction guarantee cover?

For 2 weeks after delivery, anything that does not work as scoped gets fixed at no cost. New requests outside the scope are priced as new modules.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We build around your existing inbox, spreadsheets, and CRM.

What if our process does not fit the menu?

The menu is the common ground, not the boundary. If your process is automatable in 2 to 4 weeks at fixed scope, it qualifies. Tell us what it is and we will say whether it fits before anything is scoped or priced.
